So lately I have been finding the Dictator staring at me. Not in an appreciative, gee I have great owners way, more like in a, my owners aren't worthy of me way. This got me thinking. The Dictator always seems so alert, where Mushu walks around with a permanent look of "Quoi"? on his face. Sometimes it is amazing he doesn't bump into furniture. Therefore, I have come to believe that the Dictactor is a reincarnation of a very angry 14 year old girl. She is not pleased about coming back as a cat, she had a much more exoitc animal in mind. Then she gets stuck with us! Where we constantly pick her up and hold her against her will, don't brush her every time she butts her head against our hands, and we don't shower her with tuna.
