I came across this great article on Dress A Day about Wedding dresses made out of toilet paper. This is something to share.I mean I knew that weddings were getting expensive, but making your dress out of toilet paper. Now that is a budget wedding! These women also won money for their work. I guess you could say they cleaned up!
