Should Vets Do House Calls?

It is that time of year again.

I know because I can feel the dread building in my stomach. It is time to take the cats in for their yearly check up. Oh sure, they look all cute and cuddly in this picture, but once in their carrying cases they become thrashing, roaring demon cats. I have even seriously considered putting Valium in their food on the day of the visit. Let no one say a drugged out cat isn't a happy cat.

But just in case you missed how much fun we had last year, check it out here.

I hate this time of year.

Great Picture of the Cats.

Imagine that sound the cats make, and hearing it all the way from Vancouver to Calgary. 14 hours of pure hell.

This is why I am a dog person. Portia loves the vet. She gets so exicited. And why wouldn't she, she busts on in there in a blaze of fur and they make such a fuss over what a pretty girl she is, what a smart girl she is, what a good girl she is and then they ply her with cookies.

Are you kidding, cookies! Yuko is to good for cookies (or at least she things so).

But I thought your dogs only ate bath bombs? (for more info on this check out marg's blog)
