New Union Foraging Rules

Where upon a group of deer, to be know from this points forward as 'the herd', have spent the time from day break to mid-morning foraging for leaves, grass, and saplings, but not food handed out by humans; which this council has ruled to fall under contraband #5: foods of low caloric value that we can't effectively tax. Therefore, those caught eating such foods will be fined. Remember only mountain goats eat human food.

Further to our earlier discussion. All those who fall under the designation of the 'the herd' shall be eligible for a 15 minute respite break once in the morning and then again in the afternoon. To be followed by a group huddle at dusk to sleep and for defense against wolves and drunk hippies on vacation.

One more word of caution, we have become aware of an increase in the number of flashing light boxes in the park, when confronted with one of these remember: look bored and pityingly at the human holding it.
