It feels like I have never ending appointments for things. Doctor. Dentist. Massage. Chiropractor. When are you supposed to fit all these in when you're working?
And yet, whenever, I miss one of these appointments I invariable regret it. Suddenly, I have run out of medication and need a prescription. My neck is out again and I am getting that weird tingling sensation in my arm, that I hate. My lower back is so tight that standing up is getting to be an experiment in self torture.
Taking care of yourself, seems to be 50% making and keeping appointments and 50% the actually work being done.
