I Will Never Leave Her

My brother-in-law always says you need to find a massage therapist who has torque. Not being all that familiar with car speak I am going to assume this means that you need someone who can hit that knot in your back and cause your leg to shot out uncontrollably.

My RMT does a good job, but she could use a little more torque. However, each time I go to see her she gets a little better. Being a new (she has only practiced for about a year and a half to two years) she tends to be a little timid at first. And as I have increased my running mileage my lower back has been taking the worst of it. So the last time I went in to see her I told her, 'don't worry, just dig in.' I think this is the most pressure she has ever used. Which is so unlike my old RMT who used to be able to extract my deepest darkest secrets when working on my neck.

But even if she wasn't coming along and getting better I would still never leave her for one very important reason: she direct bills. A lot can be forgiven when I don't have to fill out paper work or pay up front.

Oooh, you lucky thing. You have a regular? And what makes your back hurt when you run? I'm just wondering, cause sometimes my hubby's back not really hurts, but tense's up and spasms.
