Phase 3

Since it is the start of May I am entering Phase 3 of my training program. Which means I need to run at least 3 times a week for 50, 60 & 70 minutes. I have also decided to sign up for the Sole Surviour run in Blairmore on July 14. I was going to do the 10k, but I have a friend who is going to do it as well (and she is just starting) so I decided to do the 5 k with her.

I am having some serious motivation issues right now. Acutally, it would be more accurate to say that I loath myself right now. I seem to have a million reasons I can't get out to run. In fairness, I did just get slammed by term end, but even though things have started to slow down I am still having trouble getting my mojo working. Help!!

Of course, this is making my bedside manner deliciousy nasty. Poor Mark almost lost a hand yesterday and is now afraid of me. Haven't seen the cats in days.

I will be hiding in Drayton Valley for the next couple of days, the anger gods were good to me and setup a conference for this dark time. Not sure where the cats have decided to hide out at...
