Have You Hugged Your Chiropractor Today?

Well, why not, dammit?

Let me tell you a little story. Last week I started some new medication which, of course, I was allergic to. I broke out in hives everywhere, a new and not particularly enjoyable experience. This correlating into a panic attack. Now those of you who know me well, know that the words ‘gray hair’ can induce a panic attract in me. It doesn't take much. So what happens is that the stress starts in my shoulders and then just like a millstone it slowly grinds its way down my vertebra until everything below my cranium to just above my butt is out of place.

I have been very lucky over the years to have found a wonderful chiropractor in every city we have lived in. I fondly recall my Chiropractor in Calgary who fixed my damaged rotator cuff in 3 weeks, and my first (he moved) Chiropractor in Lethbridge you managed to restore my ability to breathe after I managed to popped out two ribs.

My current team, Amy and Elliot, a husband and wife, take turns marvelling at the damage I have wrought in the short space of time between appointments. Yesterday was no exception. Amy poked me in the back and quickly pronounced I would most likely have to come back for a second appointment this week. What move and sleep pain free? Well, alright.

Everyone needs a good chiropractor. Even Lily is feeling better now that she has had an adjustment. The doc said one more adjustment and she will be as good as new.
